What exercises do you do?

There are all kinds of options online. I have been doing some research. I plan on working out while wearing one so I will be getting a sport trainer as well as an every day wear one. What exercises do you do while wearing your waist trainer?
I plan on doing body resistance training as well as using my rebounder.

Just walking and light jogging for me! I don't like to make myself hurt or be in pain. I do some strength training 2 days a week but I don't wear my waist trainer for this.

I do mostly yoga and Pilates myself. I do go for walks but only 2 times a week. I go Yoga daily and Pilates about 3 times a week. I wear my waist trainer most days but not every day. I wasn't big/fat to begin with, just looking to take my waist in a few inches. I have already lost one inch on my waist, looking to lose just 2 more!

I go on the treadmill for an hour 3 days a week and then use Youtube workout videos for body resistance training.
