Do you have to wear it forever?

This is something I never found a clear answer to. When you use a waist trainer and achieve your goals, is it something you ALWAYS have to wear or will the results stay? Obviously if you gain weight it kind of ruins things but I mean in terms of not gaining any weight and staying at a healthy weight...

Which Waist Trainer Have You Tried?

I would love people to share which waist trainers they have tried, where they got them from, and how much they paid. Think of this as a quick review spot or a first impressions thread to help people who are in the market for one shop easier. Share pictures as well! I would love to see what everyone ...

Gaining weight while waist training

Some women would like to gain weight in the lower half of their body to show a more curvy figure but they fear gaining it in the middle. This woman from Nigeria was very lean and thin to begin with so she used a waist trainer to keep her small waist and put on weight. The end result is something you...

Adds in curves

What I love about waist training is that it isn't about size, anyone woman can do it! The picture I wanted to share below shows a woman who had a boyish body frame. Though she is healthy and thin, she lacked shape. The after picture shows a big difference for her size and she has a more pronounced c...

My cousin's success

I originally became interested in waist training because of my cousin. She started at a size 34 inch waist and is now down to a 28 inch waist! It is still shrinking. She wore her's on and off for just over a year and has seen those results. I will have to get some pictures of her, she looks amazing....

Re: Body Sculpting With A Waist Trainer

I saw a bunch of women who wear trainers while doing yoga. I guess this gives you extra support in the process. I have yet to use one myself but I am excited to get started. The more I read the more I can't wait to get into one and see the results!

Woman shrinks her waist by FIVE INCHES

A woman has claimed she has shrunk her waist by five inches in just two years by wearing a corset for 22 hours a day. Samantha Malone, who lives in New York City, says she even sleeps in the 18-inch steel-boned device, only taking it off for two hours a day so she can wash. The 28-year-old says she...

Re: The Art of Body Sculpting and Fat Burning Exercises

It is funny because the more research that is done, it is actually being proven that using your muscles and just general walking is better for your heart and body than cardio. I think anything that makes you feel horrible/tire/weak doing it should not be done. Everyone has their own limit!

Re: Fat Free Forever Eating for Waist Training

I loved this, it helped me determine what I want my diet to be about. I see so many diets out there and none of them make sense and seem so boring! I would like to add that coconut oil is probably one of the best oils to cook with. It actually improves the skin, helps with weight loss, and kills par...
