This is a bit worrisome! I read someone actually killed themselves in their sleep while wearing one so I think it is safe to say that you should wear it super tight or while sleeping!

I seen some women using their trainers in saunas and I didn't know if that can make a difference or not. I know body wraps do but they are more for detoxing then weight loss.
