Re: Gaining weight while waist training
That is something! haha It is not guaranteed to work though. Unless you have a true hourglass or pearshape figure (like above) you will not see these good of results!

Re: Slimming oils?
They don't make a difference. If anything, they are loaded with parabens and hormone altering junk you don't want anywhere near your lady organs! As mentioned, castor oil can be used. Olive and coconut oil are great because they will heal scaring on the hips or stomach if you have them.

I forgot to say hi!
My name is Tina. I have been waist training for 3 months. I lost 12 pounds and 3 inches off my waist. I hope I can help some women out on here who are a bit confused on the subject of waist training. Hi everyone!

Re: Will I get permanent results?
Permanent results come from hard work. Wear your trainer, eat right, work out, and love yourself. You will get permanent results that way!

It can for water weight but being in heat will make it hard to breath so it is not a good idea. There is a change you will not get enough oxygen and pass out.

Re: Do I need to wear it all day?
Amy is correct! Wearing it all day is what gets women into trouble. No matter what celebs say or tell you they do, don't listen. Approach this in a smart manner and you will get your dream body.

Re: Do they hurt after eating?
You don't want to wear it all day. It isn't advised. Wearing it 6 hours max is healthy. Beyond that is risky. You can take it off before bit meals and put it on an hour after you finished eating. You shouldn't have an issue anymore.

Re: Signs your waist trainer is too tight
The pelvic pressure is a very important one most women don't think of. They just assume it is something they have to get used to. That pain is VERY BAD. It means you are possibly bruising and heavily shifting organs. Great post!

Re: How much weight will I lost in 3 months?
I just joined and wanted to help answer some questions. I have been waist training for 3 months, 2 to 6 hours DAILY. I work out 3 times a week and eat a healthy diet. I have lost around 12 pounds and 3 inches off my waist. This is WITH exercise and eating healthy. Not just wearing the trainer.
