Re: Squats

I just started working out, I haven't gotten a waist trainer yet but what you said makes sense. I mean if you strengthen your hips and thighs, your waist will look a lot smaller by comparison!

Thinner Waist Workout

I am going to give these moves a try myself. I think doing these while wearing a trainer will help the results come fast and be more long lasting. Anyone else want to give them a try?

Do they hurt after eating?

After I eat I noticed my belly is larger. Not by much but it is noticeable to me. My clothes are a little tighter. So if I wore a trainer all day, would it be painful/tighter after eating?

Will I have to buy a new one eventually?

I am not huge but I am not small either! I have a 36 inch waist. Will I eventually have to get a smaller waist trainer as I slim down? I ask because I don't want to spend a lot of money if I will end up needing a new one in a few months.

Hello

I am new here, just wanted to say hello. I am new to waist training and haven't even started yet so I have some questions for women who have experience with them. I look forward to getting informed and hopefully starting my thinner waist journey!
