I never thought on this till just now... lol
Is it actually possible to go swimming with one of these on or is it a bad idea? Are the sports ones even water proof?

Re: Adds in curves
What I love about waist training is that it isn't about size, anyone woman can do it! The picture I wanted to share below shows a woman who had a boyish body frame. Though she is healthy and thin, she lacked shape. The after picture shows a big difference for her size and she has a more pronounced ...

Re: Kailyn Lowry Waist Trains
She had some kind of surgery and work done so the trainer is likely just making her slimmer for the pictures. She did lose quite a bit but I think most of it isn't from waist training.

Re: What workout is best?
Any form of movement will help you lose weight and slim down. If you prefer to do house cleaning or yard work while wearing it, it is a perfect work out! I don't think there is a one work out is best option. If you enjoy it enough to stick to it, it is best for you! I didn't actually think of it th...

Re: How much weight will I lost in 3 months?
You mean lose? lol Yeah this isn't for that. It is for training. To have lasting results you have to work with your body, not just wear it and do nothing. If you want to look slimmer instantly, then you wear it under a dress or something for the evening but weight loss? You have to exercise and work...

Re: Signs your waist trainer is too tight
I am shocked no one else commented on this! I know a lot of women and girls out there who use these and don't even realize how it is supposed to feel. A friend at work said her 17 year old got one and almost fainted after dinner. She had it too tight and she took it from her and burned it. lol

Re: Do they hurt after eating?
My friend's mom started using them and she experienced acid in the back of her throat. Her doctor advised her to stop using it. I think if you have stomach issues already, it can so be careful!

Re: Do I need to wear it all day?
From what I understand, no and you don't want to. Wearing it 6 hours a day is enough to see results. Some women only wear them while working out and some only wear them 2 or 3 hours a day. It depends on what you feel most comfortable doing.
