Re: Body Sculpting With A Waist Trainer
I like to just walk or do light jogging on my treadmill. On nicer days when it is not raining here, I will go to the park with my dog on the trail. I have seen weight loss as well as a shrinkage in my waistline. I don't think you need to bust your butt in a gym to see things happen! This seems like...

Re: Bikini Blaster

Re: This one is sick and sad...
What would make someone think that putting a waist trainer on a 3 year old would be good!?
I mean seriously!? A THREE YEAR OLD!? This woman is a mental case. Putting a waist trainer on any child be it 3 or 13 is sick. These are meant for fully matured women not growing children.

Re: Squats
Walking squats, I think that is what they are called, are amazing for the whole body. I used to do them in High School before track. I was in such good shape then! Younger me has to come from the past and help me out here.

Re: Yoga poses for detox & fat loss
I can do the last one no problem but the rest... Well, things will end up broken. How do you get more flexible and strong? I would love to do Yoga but I have tried and pulled several muscles, fell over, and even broke a coffee table lol

Re: Slimming oils?
I have seen them but never read up on them. I think you can actually use castor oil and get the same effect which is just detoxing. I actually read about castor oil recently and wrapping you stomach with it for a few hours every evening will cause your waist to shrink! It is through detoxing and wa...

Re: 4 Months, down 1.5 inches!
Considered you just wore it and that is it, that is impressive. I have to lose fat though so I will need to work out unfortunately. I have went as many as 2 weeks without wearing it and kept the shape so it has done something. I know it would see better results if I ate better and worked out...
